WTCA seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will lead with vision, impact, and growth in mind. The global real estate market is facing an exciting moment in time, and the new CEO will partner with the Board to advance the Association’s global engagement strategies, content development and delivery, advocacy efforts and business model.
WTCA’s next CEO must be a strategic, innovative, and financially astute leader who can foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity. This individual will drive organizational growth, champion diversity, and ensure WTCA continued and expanded relevance and influence in a rapidly changing global landscape.
The CEO position provides strategic leadership and coordinated direction for the WTCA senior management team to ensure the efficient execution of WTCA’s programs and initiatives consistent with the WTCA Board-approved Strategic and Business Plans. The CEO is also a steward of the WTCA brand and a central part of the WTCA’s public face: responsible for effectively positioning the brand internationally, shaping the organization’s public image, and ensuring effective communication with Members, stakeholders, and the broader international business community.
The CEO will work collaboratively with the Board on WTCA’s Strategic Plan and will have responsibilities that are intricately connected to its priorities and build upon the organizational mission.
